"I have been making signs & banners for over 15 years now. I've used many different suppliers over that time. Only one of those suppliers remain in my rolodex, Visual Systems. There was one instance in particular that sold me on Visual for good. It was one of those last minute jobs. Anyone that makes signs knows what a last minute job is.
I had a client coming to pick up their graphics when I discovered I was out of the color needed. I called Visual and explained my situation. It was an unusual color, so they didn't have it in stock that day. However, Kathleen remembered that she just sold some of that particular vinyl to one of her other clients. She called her client and purchased some of the vinyl back to deliver to me the same day. I was able to complete the job without skipping a beat.
