Ordering
Our office hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm on Monday thru Thursday and from 8:30am to 3:30pm on Friday. At this time you can place your order via phone (800.690.0908) or drop by the shop where we'll be more than happy to assist you. Our online store front and fax machine (858.278.8932) are also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to take your order. Note that at times, we may request a signed hardcopy of your order. This can be provided in person, or through our fax. If we request a signed hardcopy, we will hold your order until the paperwork is received.
Taxes & Duties
For our California customers all consumable merchandise is tax-exempt to qualified resellers of signs, graphics, etc., as long as we have a valid resale certificate on file for your business. For our non California customers we do not charge tax. If you would like to keep your resale on file please fill out the form and send it to us. Visual Systems is not responsible for any duty, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred by the Department of Trade or Customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery
We offer a delivery service for customers in San Diego County. For orders valued from $50 to $99.99 there is a $10 delivery charge. For orders valued over $100 delivery is free. We do not deliver order under $50. The order values above are BEFORE TAX. Delivery is NOT available for online orders.
Shipping
We ship our orders via UPS and USPS. If the item ordered and in stock we will process it within 2 business days. If the item ordered is not in stock, we will contact the customer and give them options based on the situation. We strive to keep our customers as up to date on their order status as possible. UPS/USPS shipping charges are passed on to the customer as is.
Will Call
Our California customers can opt to have their order placed in Will Call. It is the customer's responsibility to pick up the order.
Payment Methods
Credit Cards - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Equipment purchased with credit cards may only be shipped to the authorized billing address of the cardholder. All online purchases must be paid with a credit card unless item is placed in Will Call. Online purchases are processed through a secure server for maximum protection of our customer's privacy.
Checks/Cash - Customers wishing to pay with a check or cash must have their order placed into Will Call. There is a $20 fee on all returned checks and after one returned check we will no longer accept checks from the business.
Returns
Any authorized returns of supply material after 10 calendar days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items held over 30 calendar days are non returnable. Any authorized returns of software or equipment after 3 calendar days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Software, videos, and books are non returnable once they have been opened. All returned items must be returned in their original packaging and shall not show any signs of use, wear, abuse, or damage. No returns on Roland Stika model vinyl cutters. Note that the cost of issuing a UPS call tag plus shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount when applicable.
Warranty
All merchandise is brand new with full manufacture's warranty.
Limited Liability
Visual Systems will not be responsible or liable for labor, manufacture's defects, incidental or consequential damages of any kind. Our maximum liability will never exceed the value of the item.
